Refund and Returns Policy

At AAG Best (American Arabs Guide Immigration Service), we strive to provide professional, accurate, and timely immigration support services. Because many of our services involve professional time, consultation, document preparation, and personalized work, this Refund and Returns Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available.
By purchasing any of our services, you agree to this Refund and Returns Policy.
Service-Based Business
AAG Best provides professional immigration-related services rather than physical products. As a result, traditional product return policies generally do not apply.
Consultation Fees
Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the scheduled consultation has taken place.
If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the consultation fee may be forfeited.
If AAG Best is unable to provide the scheduled consultation, we may offer:
- A full refund; or
- A rescheduled appointment at no additional cost.
Document Preparation Services
Once work has begun on document preparation, form completion, translations, case review, or other customized services, fees become non-refundable to the extent work has already been performed.
If no work has started, you may request a cancellation for a refund, subject to any applicable administrative or processing fees.
Government Filing Fees
Government filing fees paid to agencies such as USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, or other government entities are not refundable by AAG Best.
Any refund of government fees is governed solely by the policies of the applicable government agency.
No Guarantee of Immigration Results
Refunds will not be provided because:
- An immigration application is denied.
- A visa is refused.
- A petition is rejected.
- Government processing takes longer than expected.
- Immigration laws or policies change.
- Government agencies request additional evidence.
- Interview outcomes are unfavorable.
Government decisions are outside the control of AAG Best.
Client Cancellation
If you decide to cancel services before work has begun, please contact us as soon as possible.
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you accidentally submit duplicate payments or are charged incorrectly, please notify us promptly.
Verified duplicate or erroneous payments will be refunded.
Chargebacks
If you have questions regarding a payment, we encourage you to contact AAG Best before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider.
If a chargeback is initiated for services that have already been provided or substantially performed, we reserve the right to present supporting documentation to the payment processor and pursue any remedies available under applicable law.
Digital Products
If we offer downloadable guides, templates, digital documents, or online educational materials, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or the download has been made, unless required by applicable law.
Processing Time for Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will typically be processed within 5–10 business days.
The time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time.
The updated version will become effective upon posting on our website.
